Do you accept returns?

Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Can opened trading card products be returned?

No. Opened booster packs, hobby boxes, trading card products, and other opened collectible items cannot be returned.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
